The worlds largest master planned tiny home community with over 500 planned sites. Loaded with dozens of planned amenities and programs you’re bound to find something here for you.

Each grove (cluster of 2-8 homes) will have their own special something. Maybe a fire pit, or some special gardens, perhaps a pavilion, or maybe something else. Each Grove will also be specific to certain types of tiny homes and certain uses.

Our Live, Work, Play model will include job opportunities and entrepreneurial training for those interested in participating more fully in the community. We welcome you to come help us build the most amazing tiny home community in the world.
