Because you want a quality home, not a cheap home.  At 120 sq. ft. our base model doesn’t need a permit!*  Either as a slide off Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) or add wheels and make it an ANSI Certified Tiny House on Wheels (THOW).  You can also easily extend to 16′ long (128 sq. ft.), 20′ long (160 sq. ft.) or 24′ long (192 sq. ft.).  Starting at only $19K and includes all the luxury finishes such as solar roofing, LVP flooring, farmhouse sink, solid wood cabinets, premium shower walls, wireless smart switches and all the premium quality that Eclipse is known for.  This model was inspired by the first tiny home we ever built in 2019.  “The Tiny Brown” as we lovingly called her.  The floor plan has changed little, but the construction has been improved dramatically.  And we have a number of premium finish options to choose from.
