No need to sacrifice when living tiny in this home that has a full-size living room and kitchen area with high ceiling that includes a standard size refrigerator, propane gas range stove/oven and a deep stainless-steel sink with retractable sprayer faucet. Cooking meals is easy with plenty of space on the maple butcher block countertop and all the conveniences this home has to offer. Equipped with a Mitsubishi 12,000 BTU Heater and A/C split unit so switching from heating to A/C at the click of a button is easy, also includes a built-in dehumidifier. 

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink with storage below, rv style toilet and internal exhaust fan. Equipped with a tankless water heater, what does this mean? It means you never run out of hot water, so no one gets stuck taking a cold shower!  

This home was built a little different than most Elm Tumbleweed, on a low wide trailer with the door being moved to the side of the home. This allowed us to relocate the stair in the home to the main loft giving you a much larger main floor closet that is double the size of most tiny home storage. The stairs leading up to the main loft contains extra cubby spaces and is equipped with a handrail to keep you safe when climbing up and down the stairs. There is currently no washer/dryer unit in the home but has a built-in space below the stairs to fit a dual unit perfectly.
